first, it has to be someone that i really trust, i wont give my pin number to just anyone. so i sell them an amount for have the price.

can you give me an example?

I'll sell them $100 worth of food stamps for $50.

does this affect you in anyway,shape or form?

yes because towards the end of the month i'll be short that money
