Caffeine is a chemical mostly found in coffee and health. It is the worlds most widely consumed psychoactive drug. Caffeine is legal and is unregulated in nearly all parts of the world.

Some effects of taking too much caffeine are:
Depression, Anxiety, intense head aches, and
increase in blood sugar.

Use of Caffeine can also lead to: Insomnia,
Muscle Breakdown, Addiction, Rapid Heart Rate, Fatigue, and many more.

Is Caffeine bad for you?

Not necessarily. A lot of people around the world use it. It makes people stay up when they are really tired and need to stay up for a long time working. There is a risk when people are doing this at a frequent rate. It can cause them to become hyper because they are sleep deprived.

Tobacco is made from the leaves of the tobacco plant. The plant is classified under the Nicotiana family. It is illegal to sell Tobacco to anyone under the age of 18 and there is no minimum age to possess it.

Some effects of Tobacco are: feelings of mild euphoria, feelings of relaxation, increased blood pressure and heart rate, decreased blood flow to fingers and toes, decreased skin temperature, bad breath, decreased appetite, dizziness, nausea, abdominal cramps and vomiting, headache, coughing, due to smoke irritation

Is Tobacco bad for you

It is bad for you. It contains over 50 chemicals that can cause cancer. Tobacco contains nicotine and nicotine causes physical and psychological dependency.
