In the relationship between a principal and an agent, several key duties ensure smooth and effective operations. One critical duty is cooperation, where the principal must assist the agent in fulfilling their responsibilities and avoid obstructing their work.

under the Duty to notification, an agent is required to notify the principle of all subject matters portraying to the agency, because the law states that theprinciple assumes notification to the agent, is notification to the principle. otherwise failure to inform, or notify.

Performance

an implied condition to agree to a reasonable diligence of skill in performing work.--expected to express a degree of skill claimed. otherwise breach of agents duty.
