Has an intrest in a topic or ministry. A class was sugested. Is on a life track for a ministry. Has a longing to know God more.
Attends an oreintation class that is for all class's with general info on building etc...

Small group leader, Overseer, ministry coordinator
Pastors & Overseers
Has vision for what to move forward on in there areas of oversite. Makes plans for implamentation.
Teacher
Reasons Why
Love's to teach, Is called to teach, Has been asked to teach by a leader. Has a calling from God to Teach. Teaching was #1 on there V101 evaluation
Meets With
Overseer, coordinator
Questions:Can they teach?Have they taught here before? If they have taught somewhere else can check on them, do we need to?Do we want them to teach?
Class & Group Organizers
Plans the orientation meeting
Create the publications needed, keeps them up to date.Stays in sync with facilities.
Implement the vision and plans of the Pastors & Overseers & Coodinators
