Friends from Hell: Choosing which qualities would make a best friend and which qualities would make an undesirable friend.

"Taboo" Guessing Game: Split students into two groups and choose a group to elect a student to approach a chalkboard. Once a student is chosen, both groups must turn their backs to the board. Write a noun on the board, which is the "taboo." Write five other words under the taboo and ask the student facing the board to try and memorize these words. The student cannot say the taboo word nor the five words underneath it. Cover the board and ask the teams to turn around. The team with the student who was elected to step to the board can ask the student questions to identify the taboo word. The student can respond to the questions without using the taboo word or other words written underneath it. If the team cannot guess the word, the opposing team takes over questioning and attempts to guess the taboo word. For example, the "taboo" word could be "Church" and the five words that also cannot be mentioned would be "religion, cathedral, candles, churchyard and wedding" (or any other words associated with the chosen "taboo"). One team will ask questions such as "What is it used for?" in which the student at the board will reply accordingly without including the taboo words.
Skit: a pair of students working towards a N lines of a play and perform it in front of the class.
Related words: word spoken in English. Student connect the words without restriction by degree of freedom.
