CO2 Emissions

The detrimental impact of CO2 emissions on our environment is undeniable, necessitating immediate action to mitigate their effects. Reducing CO2 emissions involves multiple strategies such as adopting low-carbon vehicles, utilizing solar energy, and conserving water.

CO2 Emissions

CO2 Emissions are ruining the world we live in! Help us stop it for the better good of the community, our home and us the people of earth.

CO2 Emissions

Who?

Multiple parties are to blame for the disaster. Agriculture, business and residential people, transportation, electrical consumption, and industry all contribute to greenhouse gas emissions.
CO2 emissions are created not just by human activity, but also by nature and its natural processes. CO2 emissions are caused by humans using fossil fuels such as coal, oil, natural gas, and others. We're also raising the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide is also released into the atmosphere as a result of natural processes such as decomposition, respiration, and more.

Why?

All humans and animals exhale carbon dioxide. An excessive amount of CO2 within the atmosphere is harmful to the earth and any other living creatures. While CO2 is a natural consequence of existence, and apart from photosynthesis, an excessive amount of CO2 makes the atmosphere trap more heat in the bubble that surrounds earth causing Earth to have many heat waves and making the arctic melt quicker as that is a bad thing. If we the humans of earth don’t fix this we are going to have to deal with a lot of consequences for the future. CO2 can also turn into a poisonous gas for humans as well as animals, CO2 poisoning can result in nervous system damage and respiratory system degeneration in humans along with animals.

Where?

The biggest countries start with 9.9 billion metric tons of CO2 emitted in 2019, China is the world's greatest emitter. With roughly 4.7 billion metric tons of CO2 emissions in 2019, the United States is the world's second-largest CO2 emitter, followed by India, which is the world's third-largest CO2 emitter, with approximately 2.3 billion metric tons of CO2 emissions in 2019.

What?

It's no secret that decreasing carbon levels in the atmosphere is a hot topic. There are two main ways to solve a problem, like with most things in life. The first and safest strategy is to stay away from the situations that lead to it in the first place. The second option is to undo what has already been accomplished. When it comes to carbon emissions, this means that you can either reduce or offset your carbon footprint.

How?

CO2 emissions are not commercially fixable, but they can be minimised. Driving a low-carbon vehicle, using solar energy, and conserving water are some strategies to lower it. Essentially, driving a hybrid or fully electric vehicle is preferable to driving a gas-powered vehicle. Solar energy is the most reusable and reliable energy source available. Make an effort to reduce the amount of time you spend on the computer.

When?

Scientists have predicted that the world would continue to warm till around 2200 with some additional warming in centuries to come as the deep oceans continue to slowly warm or we could cancel out all of the CO2 emissions. Both of these factors are also expected to have similar patterns over time, being larger in the first few years after net-zero emissions and gradually tailing off over time.
