Colecistitis Aguda

La colecistitis aguda es una inflamación de la vesícula biliar que puede presentar diversas complicaciones y requiere un diagnóstico preciso. Las imágenes diagnósticas como la colangioresonancia y la ecografía abdominal son fundamentales, ya que permiten visualizar cálculos biliares, el agrandamiento de la vesícula y la presencia de líquido pericolecístico, entre otros hallazgos.
