Feeling apprecaited for some type of good or hard work you have done.

Feeling respected and comfortable with coworkers

Being excited for the next day so you can help in any way

Not being afraid of your boss

To me, being engaged in my work means

Planning next move to be ahead of the new curve

Wathcing or engaging in a game that has someone that catches your eye

Being focused on improving the clientele and revenue

Being able to work independently and freely on tasks

Advising young players and talent on what path to take for prep school, junior or major junior (semi pro) on their route to become a professional hockey player.

Helping players become financially stable in the transition of becoming a pro and retiring.

Organize recruiting and scouting trips in different locations to market and grow the company

Providing various young high end talent for the firm to potentially work with

Creating and organizing lists of clients by country so players can track and manage their spending efficiently.
