Danish is the national language of Denmark, spoken by 5.5 million people, with other languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, and Icelandic also in use. Danish holds official status in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, where it is a mandatory part of education, and is taught as a foreign language in Iceland.

CUSTOMS: The most important valors in the Danish culture are empathy, solidarity, tolerance, freedom and justice. The home and a family are the most important to the Danes people. Breakfast and dinner are usually made at home, at night the Danes meet in homes with family for dinner.

LANGUAGE:  Danish at a language spoken by 5.5 millions people in Denmark and Northern Germany. Other languages spoken in this country are Swedish, Norwegian or the Icelandic. In Greendland and the Faroe islands, the Danish is one the two oficial languages, and education is mandatory in Danish. In Iceland, the Danish is taught as a foreign languages.

WEATHER In Denmark the summer lasts from June to August and the Winter from december to March, and this is characterized by importants decreasses of temperature . The coldest month is Febrary. Throught the year ther are rains and winds and the temperatura in Winter in three degrees and cool summers, with litlle sun.
