Natural disasters can elicit a range of emotions such as fear, anxiety, and relief. The unpredictability of events like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, and tsunamis often leaves people feeling puzzled and worried.

STORM CHASING: The activity of travelling to locations where a tornado or other severe weather is forecast, as a hobby or in order to photograph or study it.
