reason why I wanted to choose this place

I chose this place because it is one of my favorite places to vacation and it has a very nice and pleasant atmosphere.

Local and traditional food

Chorrillana Typical dish of the region rich in calories and flavor. It is prepared from meat, eggs and French fries.
Seafood broth Delicious seafood broth with vegetables and a splash of milk.

Best time to visit the town

The best time to visit this town is summer (December-January-February)

Population

It has an area of 16,396 km² and a population of 1,815,902 inhabitants, according to the INE, being the second most inhabited region in the country, behind the Metropolitan Region of Santiago.

Transport

Valparaíso's public transport is unique in the world, currently shared by elevators, trolleys, buses and subways, decades ago it was also crossed by trains and trams.
