the wisdom of crowed is very new tools for me because it very useful for the managers to know how his employees are thinking and how to develop them and give them the right place that they need to be there and for that it change the business model too because in these activities are creates changes in the how the business road or business models for that it need at first beake the wall between them and try to implant these tolls and after that they will present more and more from them selfs
we can by useing Enterprise Web 2.0 to get a virtual world to make business and get a customers from the other side of the world or in any place in this case create a lot of business becasue there are a lot of discover resources for a lot of people not need big places to sale it or present it it need a link to get to cleints and people
when i read the book is contain very good information about how the IT matters for the business and how the these companies are get more competition advantage for more customers
so the IT is very matters ecpially for new markets like our market because there are a lot of information not archived yet and every one need there information
the ESSP is the open the sky for anyone like to know anything about anything in the world and this make the answers so easy when the managers are asking for for that that we should start use ESSP but for the business reasons
and also the ESSP it be a channels for receive the broadcast of the customers about our products and them impration about our company
