The dietary habits of individuals can vary significantly based on personal preferences and cultural influences. In this case, the individual's diet includes a simple morning meal of a sandwich and hot chocolate, with water being a consistent part of their daily intake.

Canada's Food Guide is mainly created and based around the consumption of more of Fruits and Vegetables but the country I chose which is Nigerian Their food guide is based more around eating unhealthy food like Burgers, Greasy foods and emphasizes on more of Proteinous foods like Chicken. Eggs etc

I could improve my diet by incorporating certain things in my food that help me develop myself and can be healthier for me

In the morning I ate a sandwich in the morning with hot chocolate.

Water is a major part of my day I always drink water even when i'm not thirsty.

At night I had spaghetti and fried chicken with water.

In the afternoon I didn't eat anything then I usually don't eat in the afternoon.

It doesn't really go align with it because I mainly just go off what I crave for that specific moment.
