To name your story, you have to think about the overall message and what you want your audience to understand from the story. Also, make it relevant and easy to remember.

CUANDO LA ENFERMERA AYUDA MOVILIZAR A UNA PERSONA ENFERMA

Ayudar al paciente a levantarse de la cama y sentarse en una silla:

El paciente se sienta en le borde de la cama y se pone los zapatos y una bata.

Ayudar al paciente a voltearse de lado

La enfermera se para del lado de la cama hacia donde el se quierase volverá al paciente.

Mover hacia arriba de la cama a un paciente semiincapacitado:

El paciente flexiona sus rodillas, llevando sus talones hacia los glúteos.

Ayudar al paciente a moverse hacía un lado de la cama:

La enfermera se para de frente al paciente, del lado de la cama ,hacia donde el dese moverse.

NORMAS FUNDAMENTALES DE MECÁNICA CORPORAL

The ending of a story is essential. We all know that if the ending is weak, what happened before loses its importance. So make it unpredictable, but fair. A resolved ending answers all the questions and ties up any loose threads from the plot.

Cuando la realización de la tarea supone algún riesgo para el paciente o la persona, se debe solicitar ayuda.

Girar el tronco dificulta la movilización .

Utilizar el peso de nuestro cuerpo para facilitar la maniobra de empuje.

Al levantar un objeto del suelo, no hay que doblar la espalda, sino flexionar las piernas y elevar el cuerpo.

Sujetar o trasladar un objeto manteniéndolo próximo al cuerpo.

Utilizar los músculos de los muslos y las piernas en vez de los de la espalda.

PRINCIPIOS GENERALES DE MECÁNICA CORPORAL

The middle of the story is where you add layers of complications that will lead to the end. Reveal more about the character's journey. Did their personality go through changes? How did they overcome the challenges? And as you build up the story’s central conflict, make it more personal to that character. Also, from the middle act, you have to lead into the final act.

Apoyarse sobre una base amplia, separando muy bien los pies, proporciona estabilidad lateral y desciende el centro de gravedad.

There wouldn't be any tension and excitement in your story if there weren't any obstacles in your character's way.

El esfuerzo que se requiere para mover un cuerpo depende de la resistencia del cuerpo y de la fuerza de gravedad.

Los músculos se encuentran siempre en ligera contracción.

Cuando se trabaja a favor de la gravedad, se facilita el movimiento.

Each story has a main character and that character usually needs to solve a problem or challenge. The character's challenge is the one that creates tension throughout the story.

LA MECÁNICA CORPORAL IMPLICA TRES ELEMENTOS BÁSICOS:

In the beginning of the story (or the exposition), you will need to introduce the setting and characters. You might also want to introduce the main conflict. This part of the story is important because it gives the reader necessary background information and maybe even a first insight into a character’s personality.

Los principios de la mecánica corporal son tres:

girar

Consiste en una técnica donde la persona gira su cuerpo evitando la rotación de la columna.

Tirar y empujar

Para empujar o tirar el objeto deseado, la persona debe mantener el equilibrio corporal, y este se consigue ampliando la base de apoyo en dirección a donde se va producir el movimiento o viceversa en caso de que se tire un cuerpo.

Levantamiento

para lograr un levantamiento adecuado, hay que acercar el objeto lo más cerca posible del centro de gravedad, para tener una mayor estabilidad.

Movimiento coordinado del cuerpo

Equilibrio (estabilidad):

The setting (time & place) of a story can change throughout the plot.

es un estado de nivelación entre fuerzas opuestas que se compensan y anulan mutuamente para conseguir una estabilidad.

Your story can take place wherever your imagination will take you to.
For example: in an elevator, in an enchanted forest, etc. Don't forget to give details of the environment each time the setting changes, otherwise, the story can be confusing. Also, mention the seasons as each of them has unique weather and events.

Alineación corporal (postura):

Characters are essential to a good story. Usually, the protagonist(s) is/are the most affected by the plot. Introduce a character by focusing on their actions, interests, and occupation, as the physical appearance doesn't make a difference in most cases.
