This course focuses on building strength, conditioning, and teamwork through various challenges. Scheduled on weekdays, participants have no downtime between events and classes, intensifying the regimen.

Water will be cold, early morning vision could be difficult, current could be to strong, water height could be to high for swimming.

Makes the course more difficult, gets the athletes wet, swimming skills used for aerobic exercise, connection to teamates in dealing with current.

AM/PM
AM would create more of an outlook for teamwork and would create a mind frame that would help reasoning for work. PM would not allow time for recovery, also students would be more prepared mentally and part of the goal is to break down the mental state of the athletes.
