CUERPO DEL MENSAJE

Es aquella sección en la que se explica a detalle el motivo del mensaje.

CCO

Se le dice Copia de Carbón Oculta, su función, como su nombre lo dice, es crear una copia del mensaje de manera privada.

CC

Es conocida como copia de carbón, esta permite enviar una copia idéntica del mensaje a un usuario aparte.

ARCHIVO ADJUNTO

Aquí, se agregan imágenes, videos, archivos, presentaciones, etc, para completar el mensaje.

ASUNTO

Como su nombre lo dice, esta sección se escribe el asunto o el por que del mensaje, también funciona como vista previa en la bandeja de entrada de quien recibe el mensaje.
