Contratacion debera suscribir en 2 meses siguiente a otorgamiento

Manifestación en el área de influencia,oferta de servicios no existe o es insuficiente

Contratación Instituciones diferentes a las ESE

Previa certificación de entidades territoriales y municipales

Direcciones departamentales de salud emiten autorizacion

30 Días habiles

Subdireccion de prestacion de servicios y atención primaria del ministerio

Entidad territorial o distrital

Especifican servicios a contratar con IPS habilitadas diferentes a ESE
