It reflects the system as it is, sometimes the challenge is how that information is conveyed.

Provides support and encouragement to others, has balance in taking care of their own needs while providing a positive influence

Hero

This person is a high achiever

Thinker

Provides the objective, the focus of the reasoning

Mediator

Works to maintain peace in the family system

Switchboard

Is the central information center in the family. He/she keeps track of what is happening by knowing who is doing what and when

Black sheep

This person needs more help and also needs treatment

Rescuer

Takes care of the needs and emotions of others and solves the problems of other family members.
