Long Term Orientation Short Term Orientation

Short Term Orientation: This is the opposite of Long Term Orientation. Instead of planning for the future they base all their decisions for short term and not plan for the future.
Long Term Orientation: This is where the society plans for the future and base all their decisions for their future.

Masculinity Femininity

Femininity: This represents a preference for cooperation, modesty, caring for the weak and the quality of life.
Masculinity: This represents a preference in society for achievement, heroism, assertiveness, and material awards for success.
