Source for vitamins, minerals, fiber, phytonutrients, etc.

Dairy

EX: Milk, Cheeses, Yogurt, etc.

Need 1 Cup of Milk or 2 Ounces of Cheese

Source for Vitamin D, Calcium, minerals, etc.

Grains

EX: Cereals, Rice, Pastas, Breads, etc.

Need 1 Ounce Equivalents

Proteins
