Acadians where French decedents who settled down in the eastern parts of Canada

They had very own culture

Their French is a little different than France

The Acadians built and lived off the land

They liked to tell stories and play musical instruments

they settled in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward island

They were peaceful people

Many of the Acadian were farmers and constructers

In 1777, the land was given to the Brittish

From 1777 to 1764 the Acadians were ripped from their homes and deported by British soldiers
