To ensure that the parameters for accessing budgets, delegated lines of authority for spend are clear

To have a project board overseeing the actions of the project and also adressing the barriers faced by staff when it is a challenge to access budgets to meet agreed outcomes.

Host a worker autonomy COP monthly sharing the learning from the LAs we are working with. Allowing the other LAs the opportunity to ask questions and share solutions.
