A community should not be reliant on a single person. When that person goes, what happens to the community?

Community building is not all about the tools.

But the right tools can help the community to succeed.

Every communities needs leaderschip

There needs to be a driving force behind the community.

At some point, organic communities need roots.

A community needs to have a structure to make sure the community grows.

Communities aren't free

anyone hosting the platform for a community to be built has some kind of interest in seeing that community grow.
