Cons: 1. It only regulates to one persons temperature. 2. It is expensive. 3. You need multiple in the house. 4. The button attracted to you can become annoying. 5. Only works with internet.

If you want they can be at the house you can stay at home and they can do the tour virtually. 5. Better communication between the client and the realtor because you can get them whenever you want.

They can be there whenever you want at that moment in time. 5. You can create the designer custom to what kind of style you like/ have.
