Charter of Rights and freedoms

Minority Language Educational Rights

This right is used to learn other langauges and the rights to learn them, and i have the right to go to a school to learn a driffent langauge like french.

whose first language learned and still understood is that of the English or French linguistic minority population of the province in which they reside; or who have received their primary school instruction in Canada in English or French and reside in a province where the language in which they received that instruction is the language of the English or French linguistic minority population of the province, have the right to have their children receive primary and secondary school instruction in that language in that province.

This is for when you meet someone or talk with them.

Sections 16 to 20 make clear that official language rights apply in respect of both the federal government and the provincial government of New Brunswick. Canadians can use English or French when they deal with the Government of Canada. Residents of New Brunswick also have the right to use English or French when they deal with their provincial government.

6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada. This right is used when i am wrong fully accused for example this applies in the saying "not guilty until proven"
