LONG TERM ORIENTATION- 87

Able to adapt to change because they are looking to the present & future. No link to the past and deals with problems using facts
Language- different dialects in different parts of the world. Grandma & mom can speak Hakka. Keeping traditions and following certain rules.

UNCERTAINTY AVOIDANCE- 30

How a culture deals with the future and unknown, low score meaning they are not that worried about it and looks
I think this is false, if they were not worried there wouldn't be so many superstitions about luck and the future.

MASCULINITY- 66

values being highly successful and to have many achievements
I find that this is more of an idea of older generations in my family, as my grandparents would say that I need to go to school and become a doctor or lawyer, while my parents have value more of what makes me happy and to do something i'm passionate about. Views in the more recent generation is more feminine, which is valuing people and life.

INDIVIDUALISM- 20

low score meaning it is more of a collectivist culture- focus on care as a group not just yourself
My aunt & uncle have their own nail business which is family owned. Everyone that works there is either close friends or family. Both my cousins (their daughters) and my older sister work together. Sometimes my younger sister and I would come and help as well.
