this basically means how people react after listening and observing people around them. people see things that they might want or they see people doing things that they want to do. people see things and motivate them to do those things

society needs to adapt to all different individuals, but people also need to adapt to societies needs too.

for many years there has not been much equality for women, such as women not being aloud to vote or not being able to work in factories, it was always the mens jobs. it has changed over the years, now women are aloud to vote and work in factories.

black lives matter protest would be a great example for conflict, if we say power is in groups than that's the perfect example. this topic plays a huge role in society these days.
