M: The fixed mindset is the belief that abilites are fixed and cannot be changed

People with a fixed mindset believe that effort is for people who lack the needed abilites, and those who can’t get to success without natural talent

Fixed abilites are abilites that are believed to be carved in stone

If abilities are carved in stone then, then they are in some way "permanent". and it has been that way since birth

Like a stone that is permanent, fixed abilities can never change change

The ability are said to be fixed at birth.
