RESORT HOTELS: luxurious and provide many facilities

BOUTIQUE HOTELS: luxurious and stylish in design and set unique locations

AIRPORT HOTELS: provide accomodation to airline crews and staff, people travelling on business trips..

BUSINESS AND CONFERENCE HOTELS: offer business and recreational services

ECO-HOTELS: they are built using eco-friendly materials

Serviced accomodation can be divide into two categories: hotel and guest accomodation

The accomodation includes two main categories:

Self-catering accomodation is when people have to make their own cooking and cleaning. Apartments, villas, cottages are example of self-catering accomodation
Serviced accomodation: refers to a service provided together with an overnight stay. Hotel are an example of serviced accomodation

Guest accommodation establishments are mainly family business, in which owners earn money by letting the extra space they have available in their homes or properties

SELF-CATERING refers to all those types of accomodation in which people have to do their cleaning,shopping and cooking. Generally, all self-catering properties are supplied with household appliances and equipment such as cultery and crockery

HALLS OF RESIDENCE: are generally made up of a block of self-catering flats with a number of en-suite bedroom in each
YOUTH HOSTELS: are a great way to travel on a budget and have a fantastic social experience at the same time. Offer private and shared rooms for individuals, couples, and groups in DORMITORIES
BACKPACKING are from palce to place, or taking a short city break, travelling on their own or as a part of a group
HOUSESBOATS: for tourists that enjoy cruising
HOME EXCHANGE OR HOUSE SWAP: two parties agree to swap their homes for a set period of time thus saving on accommodation
