I believe that we all have a spirit and that it is the reason our physical flesh is moving. when thinking about emotions and everything that is related to it. I am aware of the with just as much certainty as I am certain that my body is real and that if I was to get a paper cut, I am aware of that pain. but unlike a paper cut I emotions, memories and thoughts feel as similar and even more intense than pain. this make me realize that there is a part of the entity that I am that exist but not in this realm. unlike the physical world that we live in I feel that I am a spiritual being living in a human shell. my spirit is energy and it does not die it is simply transferred from one state to another.
Contradictions
My faith is faced with many contract diction. when I just only focused on the religion I was introduced to (Christianity) I was thought that only Christians are good and everyone else is some what sinners and frowned upon by God yet in the same book the gospels talking about Jesus who only spent he's time with those were considered unclean during those days. He loved them and today they are the very reason why Christianity as faith as spread to so many continents. contradictions like this make me seek the truth of life and everything else I believe.
Questions
Why? I like asking why thing happen the way they do. I ask the question why to everything. Why am I here. Why was born in this specific time and moment. this leads to searching where I came from and where I am going. based on everything I know about physical life is that it begins with birth and ends with death. the Why question is to understand the before birth after death part
Religion
I grew up in the Christian church and the idea of a God is something I was exposed to from a young age. A lot of the teachings, rituals and practices pointed towards a part of me beyond my physical body. a part of me that is more important and valuable then my body.
Faith
I have faith in a higher powerful creator who is a spiritual being and my spirit is an extension of him. based on everything I know about myself it is a part of me that exists inside of me but that can be physically seen or examined
