I will not use Hebrew in my EFL lessons

Only if the instructions are unclear or too sophisticated or in case the format is unfamiliar, or I am really short in time.
For English lessons that their main purpose is oral practice.
When I teach high grades (middle and high school) and I prefer the student to be exposed to English and absorb as much English as possible.

I will use Hebrew in my EFL lessons

When I teach low grades (primary school) and there is no other way to convey some parts of the lesson other than to translate, or when I teach new vocabulary. When I want to save time I will give most of the instructions and homework in Hebrew.
