Disagreeing with the author

The author is even blaming people for why we have problems
Contradicting what he wrote

I would place myself at a 9

I do take responsibility most of the time but there are a few occasions where I choose to be a victim

Everyone tries to be a victim

Everyone is different and can make thieir own choices
I choose to be a creator because I own up to my mistakes and take the punishment.
If someone has responsibility they are a creator.

Agreeing with the authors

Don't blame others for your own failures
No one will save you, you have to do it yourself
You cant expect anyone to do anything for you

Responsibilities in my life

In order to keep all the responsibilities I have i need to not make so many commitments
Social life
Friends always want to hangout and make plans not far enough in advance so I end up cancelling plans with them to keep the commitments I have in the other aspects of my life
Doctors appointments
I have many health problems and keeping my own doctors appointments are sometimes hard and my health ends up taking a back row seat
Being at appointments for my mom
She has breast cancer so the appointments pile up every week and last a decent amount of time.
Driving my brother to his sports
Year round baseball player with practice three times a week that he can't be late for
Volleyball Coach
Coaching an 18 year olds volleyball team and they require your time in order for themselves to get better
School
Im a full time student and I have a decent amount of homework every night

Disadvantages

Letting people down (fear)
Built up stress
Many people tend to over commit and that ends up back firing because they're not a super human.
Always busy- No matter if you start off with one responsibility more and more always pile up on top of each other

Internally and Externally Motivated

The external motivation i think comes from seeing people get punished in a variety of ways and they don't want to see that happen to them
I think that the internal motivation is a determination factor you want and need to get things done because you know that you're responsible for them.

Go to girl

everyone always ask me to do things because they know it will get done
