PRINCIPLES OF TRAINING

Training principles guide the development of physical capacities in athletes, emphasizing a personalized approach based on individual needs. Key principles include adaptation, where the body adjusts to varying physical demands; progression, which involves a continuous increase in training intensity; and overload, where the training load is gradually intensified.
