People with a fixed mindset constantly seek validation and avoid failure as they believe their abilities are innate and unchangeable. Their self-esteem is deeply tied to how others perceive them, leading to a continuous effort to prove their worth and avoid any situations that might highlight their shortcomings.

They live life always trying to convince themselves and others that they are the best and when they are secretly worried about making a mistake.

They may feel a sense por superiority, since success means that their abilities are better than other peoples.

Treat others inferiorly to keep their self-esteem.

Superiority

They view failure as a direct measure of their values and competence. They act superior to others to keep their Self-Esteem.

They might still take risks and try new things and try to achieve accomplishments but the truth is that if they believe that their abilities are carved in stone nothing will change.

Risk taking

frequently aim validation to confirm their current skills rather than taking risks or embracing challenges that could expose their failures. The fixed mindset creates a sense of urgency to prove yourself over and over.

They are focused on being smart rather than learning. They believe they have only a certain amount of intelligence, a certain amount of personality and a certain amount of morals.

Individuals with the fixed mindset believe that they are born with a certain amount of understanding, talent or intelligence.

Their motivation is driven by seeking approval and dodging criticism. They feel the urgency to succeed and when they do, they feel pride.

They avoid difficult tasks and challenges because they perceive them as threats.

The fixed mindset refers to the belief that one's abilities are permanent, set in stone, and there is no room for change.

If the fixed mindsetters encounter a setback or challenge it harms and damages their self-esteem, as it threatens their idea of their ingrained abilities
