The Proposal of the Convention

to bar embargoes lasting more than 60 days
to prohibit the election of two successive Presidents from the same state
to limit the President to a single term
to require a 2/3 vote of Congress to declare war and admit new states into the Union
to ammend the Constitution to abolish the 3/5 law
