foundation by anchor bolts Once materials arrive, moisture barriers are installed before
framework (where wood touches concrete) interior walls Tar and damp proofing is installed for moisture protection Holedowns are used to bolt down walls to foundation Concrete fills the inner wall forms, left to set Steel bars are installed for strong/straight walls After Inspection, metal ties are installed into the forms foundation iron dowels and placed in footings concrete and key way put in place level forms with laserbeam rebar for extra support soil testing and replacement forms installed footings tested
