Modalidades o alternativas de Etapa Productiva
Tenses demonstrate the time of actions centered around the subject of the sentence. These actions are called verbs and change according to tenses.
MONITORIA
Past Continuous is used for:
- an action that happened before another action in the past
- an action that started in the past and continued up to a given time in the past
- an action done several times up to a point in the past and continued to do after that point
- an action that happened in the past but is important at the time of reporting
Some adverbs used with Past Continuous:
- always, only, never, ever, still, just
La monitoria como etapa productiva no tiene apoyo de sostenimiento, el aprendiz debe haber finalizado su etapa lectiva y en el centro define las actividades que va a realizar, las cuales deben estar en el marco de la aplicación de las competencias de su programa de formación.
Structure:
Subject + was/ were + Verb-ING
e.g. You were studying when she called.

la empresa donde la vas a desarrollar

PASANTIA
Past simple expresses:
- an action that happened in the past and has no connection with the present
- an action that happened once in the past
- an action that happened regularly in the past
- an action that was true for some time in the past
- an event or action that already occurred
- an action that is finite - has both a starting and a stopping point
Some adverbs used with Past Simple:
- yesterday
- last month, last year
- ago (e.g. two days ago)
- in (e.g. in 1997)
- never, always, seldom, often, frequently, occasionally, once, twice
El aprendiz concierta con una empresa institución-organización, la pasantía – que corresponde a una práctica donde la empresa le permite realizar actividades relacionadas con las competencias o perfil ocupacional del programa.
Present Continuous is used to indicate the ongoing time (now).
Some adverbs used with Present Continuous:
- now, right now
- at this moment
- at the moment
- continually
- perpetually
- this year
- this season
- forever

PORYECTO PRODUCTIVO
There are four Present tenses:
- Present Simple
- Present Continuous
- Present Perfect
- Present Perfect Continuous
La modalidad de proyecto productivo le permite al aprendiz realizar su etapa productiva, mediante la definición de una idea de negocio que se viabilice en un proyecto-plan de negocios donde pueda aplicar los conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas pertinentes a las competencias de su programa de formación.

CONTRATO DE APRENDIZAJE
Present Perfect Continuous is used:
- to describe an action that started in the past and has continued up to the present
- to describe an action that has just finished

Etapa Productiva
Aprendiz: Cumplir con el horario de trabajo
estipulado, acogerse a las políticas de la empresa,
reportar al SENA cualquier novedad
Empresa: EPS + ARL + Apoyo de Sostenimiento
(100% o 75% de un SMLV).
Etapa lectiva
Aprendiz: Solo tiene formación
Empresa: EPS + 50% SMLV
es una figura de contratación a través del cual una persona natural recibe formación teórica en una entidad autorizada, con el patrocinio de una empresa donde el aprendiz desarrollará actividades propias de su área.
Reconocimiento de un apoyo de sostenimiento que garantice el proceso de aprendizaje
Es un contrato formativo con exclusividad en las actividades propias de aprendizaje.
Structure:
Have/ has + Subject + been Verb-ING?
e.g. How long has he been learning German?
Sin Subordinación y por un plazo no mayor a dos (2) años ajustados al programa de formación

e.g. She hasn’t been playing tennis for a long time.
Podrá ser celebrado por personas mayores de 14 años

Present Perfect is used for:
- an action that occurred at a time which is indefinite and has its effect on the subject
- an action that occurred many times and has the possibility to occur in the present/future
- an action that began in the past and is still going on in the present

- never/ever
- up to now
