As a newer TL, I find this part to be my biggest challenge, and think that diving into resources that explore how to engage my broader school community will benefit all. Without engagement the other amazing things can't happen. I'd like to be able to further share the effectiveness of the LLC and support student's learning within the space.
I've done a lot of professional development around creating inclusive spaces with diverse and culturally responsive resources. So although the learning never ends within that topic, I know I will naturally bring that into this topic as well.
