The Constitution of 1917

The Constitution of 1917 outlines several fundamental principles that govern Mexico. Article 27 establishes that lands and waters are owned collectively by the nation, though private property is permitted.

Article 130

The federal power shall excercise the supervision in the law.
the law does not recognize any personality in religous groups called church.
Marriage is a civil contract.

Article 27

Its allowed to have private properties.
Lands and waters are from and for all nation.

My personal opinion of these laws are that I think that they are very well managed and controlled because of all the changes there have been in Mexico. I think they are good laws because of how many years they have been in the constitution.

Article 123

Labor laws.
People above 16 should work maximum 6 hours a day.
A worker at least need to have one day to rest.
children under 14 aren't allowed to work.
8 hours a day.

Article 3

Religion or beliefs shall be mantained appart from education.
Education shall be designed to develop all the faculties of the human.
