Amanda's STAR Report Integrity To have a long lasting friendship with that person ask my friends what I can do to help them check in with them to make sure they are ok I stand up for friends Flexibility/Adaptability Skills I had to make time to do my homework had to wait to see who our new teachers were we have to find all of our teams class When I started at Mohawk online Organizational Skills I am ready for Class I look at my schedule to see what books I have to get out for the class setting up my desk I set up my books everyday for class Technical Skills I earned great greads despite being online I participated in online classes and lectures useing Teams We had to use Teams to attend class At Mohawk College during Treads and Technology class Interpersonal skills making new friends from different programs Getting to know each other we do activty when I went to the first Social connect group of the semester Motivation and Initiative I would get the job hopeful Being able to do stuff on Cash going to look for a full time job wanting to get a full time job Strong work Ethic Is getting confetti when you hit the submit button staying up half of the night working on homework making sure all of my homework is done right getting all of my homework done Problem Solving Skills I ended up getting a great mark on my exam because I used my accommodation letter Taking the action and asking for my accommodation letter to sent out to my teachers in time for my communication exam I ask for an accommodation letter for my Communications Exams when I needed with my Communications Exam Communication Skills which resulted with satisfied customers I organized many orders without making errors My job was to Provide execellent customer serivce which involed speaking with lots of people When I was working at Tim Hortons Teamwork Result we ended up getting a great mark on the project Action took a leadership roll and give out the tasks Task we had to do some research Situation we had to do a group project in one of my classes
