Assessment

Tinkering Tools for Impact

Challenges of teaching

Noisy Emotional!
You can't save every student.

Learn your on/off switch and take care of yourself

The time you put in will not line up with your job description.
Within the education system, teachers are at the bottom end of a long pole where decisions are made at the top and passed down. Teachers can be lost in the machinations of educational policy but as an educator you will have your classroom that generally offers flexibility in how you meet the learning standards.

Benefits of teaching

Vastly-rewarding!
Teaching is a constantly developing profession that offers the incredible opportunity to positively guide a student in the learning journey. Teacher's salary's have increased since 2000 and the job market is promising.
