a conductor alous energy to flow threw it and a insulator does not.

if you are on a phone or tablet sit by a window and turn all the lights off

in school go outside for some classes

learn outside

use solar panels

use solar energy instead of light energy.

we need to save energy because...

we can save animals and natural resources and cut down on the pollution.

use cold water as much as you can

wash your clothes in cold water.

so that the washer doent have to use alot of energy heating up the water
