Answer and discuss the following in the Discussion Board. How is research that you do as a student similar and disimilar as that of a consumer. Are you research habits similar to those in the PIL video? What suggestions for improvement can you make. Locate one video on Youtube information students about information literacy, link to it and write a one paragraphy summary about why it is so helpful that it should be linked from the library homepage.

Read President Obama's Proclamation on Information Literacy (click on red V).

Then answer the following questions in the Discussion Board. Why did President Obama feel the need to make a form notice on this topic? Reread what he says about evaluation of information. Why is this important in the Digital Age. Respond to two of your classmate.
