Have / has + object + been + verb3 (past participle)
Active : They have cleaned the clinic. Passive: The clinic has been cleaned by them.
Object + have / has + been + verb3 (past participle)
Active : Was the suspect dragging you? Passive: Were you being dragged by the suspect?
Was / Were + Object + being + verb3 (past participle) ?
Active : The boy was throwing the stone. Passive: The stone was being thrown by the boy.

Active : Are they opening the gifts now? Passive: Are the gifts being opened by them ? (now)
