Racism against the black community is a pervasive issue that involves discrimination, prejudice, and segregation based on race and skin color. This systemic problem has deep roots dating back to the 18th century during colonization and slavery in Europe and North America, where black people faced severe mistreatment, including violence and abuse.
Active citizens could have solutions with the government to solve the racism against blacks. Solutions can Black people can regain the respects, equalities and dignities. Also active citizens can help more people avoid mental health issues and to create a positive atmosphere to society. As if we solve the serious Black racism, it will be a good example that proves we are able to stop other racisms.
Racism against black community impacts black people's income, education and civil rights. More importantly, racial discrimination or prejudice will cause mental health issues that annoy black people.
Racism against blacks started in the 18th century during the colonization in Europe and North America. since the slavery in Europe and North America, black people were not treated as human, they suffered humiliations, violence and sexual or physical abuses.

How would my SMART goal respond to racism toward blacks?
T: I will achieve goals in 3 months from the day that I create the hashtags, which I will spend 10 weeks to share posts and 2 more week to attract followers.
R: If I preserve on sharing information and spread the message to my friends, I will have more people aware of racism against blacks.
A: I will post some news, events and laws that about racism or anti-racism once a week, and insist on it for 10 weeks. Share the hashtags to my 10 friends and let them to spread the message of anti-black racism.
I would like to promote racism against blacks and spread the seriousness of this issue.
How does an NGO take effective action to respond racism toward blacks?
BLM performs effective actions on our society to help Black community. First, the protests that performed for weeks can promote the awareness of anti-black racism to people and the pressure of voices to make racists stop hurting people. Second, the wildseed centre helps blacks who get hurt to heal by expressing their emotions and create some courses that let them avoid getting hurt. Third, BLM's opinion of funds for police service will be a suggestion for the government to improve their policy.
The members perform social protests that anti-black racism and they have a wildseed centre that lets black people express themselves and offer some courses for people to protect themselves. The organization has comments on the $41 millions that are spend on police services.

How does the government take effective action to respond racism toward blacks?
The Liberal party has spent $9 million on black Canadian youth programs, $4.6 million on anti-black racism to eliminate barriers from employment, justice and social participation. Therefore, the fund can help black people have more social opportunities and give them status that they deserve.
Canada has The Canadian Human Rights Act protects Canadian from hate that against people based on skin colours or ethnicities and prohibits discrimination based on religions, race, nationality, gender and colour. Therefore, racism cases will be decreased because racial discriminations will be illegal and racist can be arrested.
