Every living thing has a Mana Pool. The mana pool is an extension of one of the higher dimensions in All of Creation. These pools exist in the universe, yet are outside of it at the same time and draw their nourishment from the Roots. Nobody can see the mana pools around them without special eyes powered by mana. The pool has a symbiotic relationship with the person it is attached to and it allows that person to wield mana in an infinite number of forms.
The Void is the central universe.

The Planes of Existence are the tectonic plates of the universe. These are the foundations upon which all of reality stands. The Planes are layered on top of each other with the exception of the unnatural Magical Plane which co-exists on a level plain with the Mortal Plane, bound together and entwined through Hell and Heaven.
The Desolate Plains of the Dead is where the majority of mortals end up after their shells give out.
Ghosts and Spirits
Fourth Dimension
The sub-conscious manifestation of mortal conceptions.
The conscious idea of an expanding space that can be moved across in order to traverse the void.
The physical universe is inhabited by all physical life. It was melded into being through the merging of the concepts of time and space. This action drew the attention of entities on the outside, and it didn't take long for the Roots to burrow their way in.

Linear Time focuses and consolidates all of time into a single stream that flows ever forward. The outer edge of this time-river is patrolled by the Man. Tigran, the Spirit of Time, is the one who formulated time's existence and wrapped Real Void into its fold. The merging of these two concepts, however, caused a severe problem that left reality broken.
The Gods' combined ideation caused this dimension to exist. It is their gathering place where the Gods can consciously exist, but have no need to physically be in to interact with this dimension.

The Opposition is made up of Gods without roles in the Court. Those without a unique role are often aimless as they have no motive outside of their own interest to indulge in and are seen down upon by the Court. Therefore do some Courtly Gods see them as unrighteous Landless Gods of a lesser order akin to the New Gods.
The 'Court' is the metaphorical hierarchy that the Gods abide by. It is an equal partnership between the Gods wherein they all hold a role distinct from each other and divides them into manageable groups. It is, so to speak, a kingless court with no exterior power and no influence.
