The victim's friends or family member will tell the victim the bully is just acting mean because they are hurting or tell the victim to fight back,
PEERS
Peers are the friends of the person during the bullying helps them carryout the bullying.
BULLY
Most of the time a bully is a person or group that thinks they are better than that person they are picking on or making fun of. Sometimes it is because they do not like the person

some believe a bully picks a victim solely on their size but many times they are bullied because of social of racial differences

Since bullying has become an epidemic, people are somewhat not likely to befriend other people outside of their confront zone.

Because of the way people talk about bullying they are more likely to prepare themselves by staying in groups and avoiding the person they think maybe a bully.
Today bullying has become such an anemic that when you look at the newspaper or turn the TV and all you see something about bullying. Especially in the public schools.

SOCIAL INEQUALITY

often time a person is bullied because they are not of the same race, poor, and sometime because you dress better than they do.
Because bullies looks and act a certain way people that are not bullies are shuned because of their appearance.

When a person belived that they bullied someone now they are considered to be a villain. The victim can be a child or an adult that have been pushed out of groups and mistreated.
