How is Canada’s Population changing, and why does this matter to your future?

How is Canada’s Population changing, and why does this matter to your future?

immigrants and emigrants

This effected my future because my parents were not born in Canada. So they had to find a job in Canada and migrate to Canada For a better life. The reason they decided to move to Canada were the reasons above.
Why people emigrate to Canada?
violence
overpopulation
War
bad climate

natural disasters

non controlling government

dangerous country

Poor human rights

bad education

increased poverty

low economy

less services and goods

Why people want to come to Canada?
controlled and demographic government

safe country

moderate climate
lots of living space
multiculturalism environment
great economy
good education
free health care

Demography

My Future
This matters to my future because living in a certain place might allow you to live longer or shorter. Also Birth Rates and Death Rates determine the population. If I want to live in a urban place there would most likely be a higher birth rate than a death rate.
Net migration = 6.375 per 1000 population
natural Increase rate = 0.27 percent per year
birth rate = 10.376 births per 1000 people
There are more births in Canada than deaths
Death rate = 7.8 per 1,000 people in 2019
would have drastic change in 2020 because of Covid-19 situation and riots and protests in 2020

First Nations population and history

First Nations Population regrowth.
Many First Nations lost their culture habits because of being surrounded by other Canadians.

But because they were surrounded by other people from other places, they grew their First Nation population.

First Nations population is 4.9% of the population in Canada.

First Nation population deaths
When First Nations were forced to go to residential schools, they were treated very poorly.

More than 3,000 First Nations died from disease and 6,000 in total in residential schools alone.

The number of First Nations death would be much higher because of wars and many other events.

History
First Nations were the first people to discover Canada.

But the traveled from another country to Canada. Most people think Russia because a long time ago there was a ice bridge that connected Alaska and Russia.

They settled in Canada for a long time until a group of Europeans found Canada.

These people fooled the First Nations by signing treaties and moving them more north where the climate is cold.

They also took their children and put them into schools so they can learn their christian culture.

Therefore many First Nations have died but some survived and lived even to this day. However their culture was not the same.

Global events

My future
This matter's to my future because there might be too much chaos in the area to the point i would have to go to another country
Protest/riots
Racism

Protests and riots have began over police officers racially profiling and judging.

rioters who find people standing in their way would hurt them or maybe even kill them

People loot stores and destroy them

This destroyer their business and they loose a lot of money

Therefore they leave the country to another were there are no riots and chaos

Covid-19
Subtopic

This virus is adding more to the current death rate which making the death rate higher overall in Canada

However, Canada is not as severe as other countries like America

First death began in the month of march then sky rocketed during April and it keeps going up

Covid-19 has caused increasing death rates
