Benefits and Challenges

Benefits
The interviews are shorter, You can wear whatever you want, You only have to impress them with your answers.
The five senses are gone from both the employer and the person applying for the job. The employer can not be impressed by your posture, clothing choice, or how you hold yourself (which could be good for the person applying for the job). You can not read social cues, and your impression is limited to only your voice and the answers you give (Which again can be good or bad)
