Can I take my bike/bicycle as part of my checked baggage allowance?

Answer

A bicycle in an appropriate bag or box will count as one piece of your ticket checked baggage allowance, therefore if taking your bicycle exceeds your free allowance you will need to pay for an extra bag/item for it.
